Props fabrication is the discipline of bringing story objects to life — from hero weapons held in close-up to background set dressing that fills a world. The craft draws on foam, resin, silicone, metal, and timber, often in combination, shaped through mould-making, casting, carving, and finishing techniques refined over decades.

Expand our services and abilities to recreate special pieces. In the end, it's always hand finishing and specialist scenicing that bring our museum-quality pieces to life through colour, texture, technique and patina. A great prop holds up to a macro lens and survives a six-week shoot. It takes the eye of a sculptor, the logic of an engineer, and the instinct to know which corner of a build the camera will find. Modern pipelines now build in ZBrush, 3D printing, and CNC routing as starting points, but the hand finish, the paint stratification, and the weight and feel of an object in an actor's grip remain irreducibly human work.
